 I was sucked into a FB scam where the Allumiderm skin co. Was offering a free trial size skincare cream (plus $4.95) for shipping and handling. After receiving it in the mail. I thoroughly looked through the box, as well as on the box for any notice of potential future charges on my debit card account. But there was nothing in writing either " in " or "on" the box indicating I would be charged a further fee for this product. I felt satisfied that no future charges would appear on my banking statements. Then, lo and behold...sure enough a $89.95 charge was placed for this supposed "free" sample I had received in the mail. The same one that placed no information whatsoever in the shipping box that I would indeed be charge an additional amount. When I called the 888 524-6019 which appeared on my now charged banking statement the company made no apologies for their deceptive ways.
