The ad in the USA newspaper "Buy Foreclosures" is not what it seems. This is a sales gimmick to get you to call. A call that there Senior Advisors will sale you a program (495.00) that doesn't work !!

Foot in the Door

When you see a sign for a flooring company, and on that sign it says ceramic @.59 a sq. ft. Would you actually buy that or would you go in and see what they have to offer. You can ultimately buy forclosures with the program, but it's baby steps first.
