Did I not say this company is a bunch of scam artists!!!  They stated that they send me back my deposit in their previous rebuttal, now they say deposits are not refundable unless I send in proof of my cancellation. 
WAIT, they said they refunded my deposit--LIE # 1.  They state they sent a truck to my home--LIE # 2.  They say I did not cancel--LIE # 3,  they told me they would ship direct & than changed their statement--LIE # 4,  they said I hired someone else cheaper--LIE # 5--I paid $1,000.00 more to another compamy to move me,

They are unbelieveable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Were sorry that you received service that prompted you to contact us with a complaint however the cancelation policy was clear. Please provide us with the written proof that you actually canceled the relocation within the allowed cancelation time. Please send in your Proof via fax to 1-888-392-4934 for validation and consideration of the refund. Our records show no written cancelation was made; therefore the deposit was non-refundable as the order for service clearly pointed out. We will await your response, in order to further assist you.

THIS COMPANY IS CALLING ME A LIAR.  I HAVE THE WRITTEN PROOF THAT THEY RIPPED ME OFF.  THEY STOLE $500.00 FROM ME BY TELLING ME THEY WOULD MOVE MY FURNITURE DIRECT TO ARKANSAS, BUT THAN INFORMED ME THEY WOULD HOLD IT AT THEIR FACILITY TILL THEY HAD A FULL TRUCK.  NOT WHAT I PAID FOR.  I NEEDED THE THINGS MOVED STRAIGHT TO ARKANSAS. 

I PAID ANOTHER MOVER OVER $1,000.00 MORE TO MOVE ME DIRECT.

THEY SAID THEY SENT A TRUCK TO MY HOME ON MOVING DAY. LIE--LIE--LIE.  NO TRUCK CAME TO MY HOME.

THEY SAID THERY CALLED ME & I AGREED TO FORFIET THE $500.00 DEPOSIT.  LIE--LIE--LIE.

THEY SAID I NEVER INFORMED THEM OF MY CANCELATION.  LIE--LIE--LIE.  I HAVE THE EMAIL TO THEM CANCELLING THE MOVE.

APPARANTLY THIS CROOKED COMPANY NEEDS THE $500.00 BADLY.

THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH IN ANY MANNER. THIS SHIPPER CANCELLED HER MOVE ONLY 1 DAY BEFORE HER DISPATCH PICKUP. WE TOOK A $500 DEPOSIT PREVIOUS TO THIS AND OUR CONTRACT STIPULATES THAT YOU HAVE UP TILL 7 DAYS BEFORE MOVING DAY TO CANCEL AND GET A FULL REFUND. THE SHIPPER ACTUALLY CALED US AND TOLD US SHE HIRED ANOTHER MOVER BECAUSE SHE RECEIVED A MUCH LESSER PRICE THAN OUR PRICE AND WE EXPLAINED IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE AS SHE HAD A VERY SMALL LOAD AND WE CHARGED HER ONLY THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM. ON THIS COMPLAINT SHE STATED SHE PAID $1000 MORE?? WHY WOULD YOU MAKE UP SO MANY STORIES AND TRY  TO SLANDER US. BECAUSE SHE WAS SUCH A LIAR WE DEDIDED TO GIVE HER A FULL REFUND AS WE COULDNT REDUCE OUR PRICE AND SHE WAS CONSTANTLY THREATENING US AND LYING TO US AND MAKING UP STORIES WE FELT IT WAS BEST TO GIVE HER BACK HER DEPOSIT AND LOSE THIS BAD BUSINESS. GOOD THING WE DID BECAUSE WE FOUND OUT SHE STOPPED THE CHARGES ON HER CREDIT CARD TO THE OTHER MOVER SHE HIRED. BOTTOM LINE WE GAVE HER BACK HER DEPOSIT AND MOVED ON AS SHOULD SHE.

Deposit was not refunded.  I gave them NO trouble.  They screwed me out of $500 by lying.  That is the story!!!!!

BOTTOM LINE: This customer is in no way being truthful and i dont understand why you would put such lies here as we did reverse your deposit within 24 hours and we never told the credit card company anything different. TRUTH BE TOLD, we dont have any as you state small trucks we only have a large fleet of 30 footer moving vans as well as trailers.

Your entire statement here has so many holes in it it seems it was written by a shotgun.

If the move was cancelled many days before then how and why would we send you a truck to load your shipment if you stated we called you earlier to tell you that we would load your items and then bring htem back to our warehouse?? NO WAY!

We NEVER send a truck until the move is confirmed. What happened actually was this shipper canceled their move 2 days prior to their booked moving date and we never at any time sent a truck to you because you cancelled the move only 2 days notice because you stated you couldnt afford the move anymore.

As the credit card company stated they issued you a credit for the total deposit as we dont hold deposits, NEVER!

We did nothing wrong. You only gave us a 2 day cancellation notice which is not prudent as we only refund a deposit with a 7 day notice as written in our contracts but we felt with all the changes in your smaller move it would be a problem going forward so it was best to give you back your deposit.

Please never call our company again as you are a problem customer!
