This company moved about 2000lbs worth of items it should of been and easy move instead the company movers broke a few of my peices of furniture and to hide the evidence threw the items in the dumpster to hide what they had broken. Also i found a few of my items UNBROKEN in the Dumpster because to them it looked like "TRASH"!

The items in the trash are as follows: A brand new End table, Two Rolled up Sleeping bags ( BRAND NEW ), A vase with bamboo in it, my hand painted one of a kind jamaican side table worth $400. All of this was in the Trash UNBROKEN!!!

 Who Made the Decision to throw my items out you might ask....... The Operations Manager who is in charge of all the crews!! His name is STEVEN CANTILUPO!!

 

Steven is an idiot, Retard, Who is incapable in running a company.

What I find curious is that this VP, Buck Freedman (or Freeman...he appears to use and drop the "d" in his posts), likes to also pose himself as a former "customer" of American Eagle on other websites.  Whenever he sees where someone posts a negative review of American Eagle, he immediately posts another review that praises the company (while posing as a customer). 

Trust me, stay away from this company.  They are not to be trusted.

This complaint is from the same customer from voorhees new jersey that has listed 2 additional complaints on this this site.
We have been in business over 25 years and we perform between 75 -100 moves weekly. We do perform an excellent service at lowest rates and we have very few complaints based on the volume of moves we perform each year.
The customers that state they were ripped off had paperwork stating that the BINDING PRICE LISTED WAS BASED ON THE INVENTORY LISTED ON THE SAME PAPERWORK AND IF THE INVENTORYRY INCREASED THE PRICE WOULD INCREASE.
We will pay anyone $500 to show us their paperwork and prove us wrong that we did not stick to our part of the deal in writing.

We cannot make everyone happy though we try in all manners.
We even offer on our website that if our trucks arrive late at either loading or delivery, we will compensate the shipper $100 per day  to cover hotels and food.
We are a very good moving company and we are accountable, responsible, professional and we GUARANTEE 100% SATISFACTION.
But that doesnt mean that if the customer wants to add an additional 25 boxes and a sofa and television at loading that we will do it for free!
Some times a customer wants us to perform services at no charge or they will give us a bad complaint. NOT FAIR!
