American Express Bluebird Ripping Off 79 year old Mother Thomaston Ga

My 79 year old mother had a bluebird card which she had her VA and Social Security deposited to it, near the middle of December she notcies a problem with her account and notified Bluebird and American Express about the issue and filed a dispute, two weeks later she was informed that they closed her account and would send her a refund of the balance in her account which was $354.  When she got a check from them they only sent her $16.98 and upon my inquiring they claimed that was all she had in the account.  Which is a BOLD FACED LIE. 

I called the news media, and explained to them the situation which they agreed that they would like to help her.  I also spoke with Walmart Corporate offices about this but they declined to do one damned thing.  Walmart claims to care about their customers but it is clear they don't.  Bluebird stole an old ladies money and they could care less.  I hope others will discourage anyone from doing business with American Express bluebird and save your money as if bluebird gets it they will steal it.  Bluebird American Express never called me back with a supervisor and a supervisor never called me, but I was on hold a third time for 45 minutes just to be told one would call me back.
