American Financial American Financial Services Stole My Money when I was in desperate need of that money Salem Oregon

This guy called my cell phone which he got from an online search for a loan I did, he said his name was Mickey, he said they could offer me a loan for $1000 and I would have to pay $150 deposit that would be refunded to my bank account with my loan within one hour.  He said it was a personal loan not a payday loan, my payments of $150 a month for 9 months would begin in October 2013.

He gave me a loan confirmation number, told me I had to go to Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens and purchase a green dot money pak and have the cashier put the $150 on the card and call him back.  I purchased the money pak card at a CVS in Watkinsville, GA called 719.629.9733 and I had to give him the money pak number on the back, he said funds would be in my checking account within two hours.

After two hours, I called back because my funds weren't there, he said the reason was because the credit bureau had a freeze on my credit in the amount of $969 that if I paid them $380 they would take care of the $969 and the credit freeze. I refused and demanded my money back.  He said my $155 was non-refundable and hung up.  I've tried calling multiple times and they continue to send it to voicemail or no answer at all.

Then approximately a week later a guy named Mike called my phone stating he was with a company called American Financial and I said "you're not stealing any more of my money." He claimed that he didn't know anything about it and that it wasn't his company.  I cussed him out and hung up the phone.

So it's been about a month and now these people are calling my phone again trying to offer the same deal but they are blocking their number.  They will give you names like Mack, Mike, Michael, John but they are all asian speaking and they are a big rip off.  DON'T give them your money.
