I called a November because my refrigerator was making a loud noise they sent out a technician he said he will be back with the part 2 weeks later they never showed I called the company they said O when your refrigerator gets worse give us a call 6 weeks past that I called and I said it's doubt making more noise and it's leaking water they said OK we'll send somebody back out but it will be another $75 since it's been past 6 weeks or you can wait until it completely breaks down then we'll send somebody out.

Last night February 24th 2019 I called and I said my freezer stopped working they said all we're not going to cover that for you and I said why they said I don't know I have no explanation for that I told them that they needed to refund all of my money the $51 per month that I've been paying since November and I wanted my refund of the $75 they were very rude and they tell me to go f**kn myself and hung up.
