American Shingle Roofing rip off Atlanta, Georgia

My roof was put on in the summer of 2010 by America Shingle after delaying about 3 months. The work was so shoddy that after they went bancrupt I had to repair the roof to the tune of about 2000.00. I recieved a call from a person who said he worked "on behalf of American Shingle". We discussed the situation and I was told that the remainder of the monies owed would be forgiven because of the work that was still needed. I am now recieving collection notices from CRB telling me unless I pay up, they are going to sue me for the money. These people are still sticking it to their customers even after they are gone...Im going to call the State of Tennessee Atorney Generals office about this SCAM
