Everyone can add Charlotte, NC to the list of American Shingle failing to deliver. Like everyone else said, they came to our house and said we needed new shingles. They (a.k.a. the contractors they hired) had done a great job on a neighbors house. 


That's all it takes, you know? Seeing ONE great job -- then you're hooked. My husband hired them, and got the insurance coverage to pay, before he ever told me about it -- it was a surprise! Sure. It was a surprise that cost us $500; cost the insurance $5000, and left us waiting for .... NOTHING. For months. 

As of this week, they have closed in Charlotte, and are heading all news crews to ATL to get any info. I guess that's where we need to send our lawyers next.
