I ordered a triple A tanzanite, which, of course, looked fabulous on their t.v. light box. When it came, it was almost colorless, and there was nothin' "triple A" about it.
When I tried to call for the RMA number to return it, I was on hold for 1 hour. I finally hung up, tried again and still no response. I left a message after pressing the stated number and have yet to hear back.
This appears to be their scam: leave them on hold so long they give up. I will keep trying every day after work, but one only has seven days to obtain this RMA number, and you cannot return anything without receiving this number BY THE PHONE THEY DO NOT ANSWER.
Do not get involved with this company.

See my earlier rebuttal, I found a way to contact one of the owners and he was completely unaware of the poor customer service and any complaints. They immediately resolved my problems with apologies. They have stated that they are experiencing growing pains and have hired a person to deal with complaints and problems the email for that is Solutions@ShopAVC.com. I will continue to do more business with them.

See my report dated 5/14/08, my purchase were also for tanzanite and what I got was not what was represented on air, I have pictures and documentation, I am filing complaints with Georgia Attorney General, The FTC, The FCC, The FBI- its fraud, mail fraud?, credit card fraud? etc... please also file complaints
