America's Value Channel Sell One Thing & Receive Another!! Maybe Lawrenceville Georgia

My nightmare with America's Value Channel began when I purchased a 1ct. diamond from them off their TV show. I was participating in an auction and purchased it for a great price. So far, so good I thought.

Three or four days later I received my product and it was not only smaller but of a lesser quality than represented. It took at least 3-4 phone calls and a tremendous amount of time on hold to get through to their "customer service" department to receive a return authorization. I returned the product to them and attempted to get the actual diamond I purchased on the program.

After getting them to review their program tapes to agree that I was correct in my claim, they then promptly began ignoring my repeated (15-25) phone calls to get the problem resolved. When I was finally able to talk to a manager, I was told that the graphics on their show that night were incorrect and that the inferior product was what was being sold.

It is unclear whether they were practicing "bait & switch" or whether they lost money on the sale and were trying to rip me off. Either way I have been the loser and feel cheated. The company has no clue what customer service or satisfaction means and fells no compunction in telling you "too bad"!! Stay away from this company and I suggest being very wary of buying anything from them.
