America's Value Channel STILL WAITING FOR MY $2167.99 AFTER 6 MONTHS NO RESPONSE BY AVC! Lawrenceville Georgia

I ordered a Ruby and Diamond ring from AVC on Feb. 13, 2009 for my wife's birthday. I have bought many other items from them in the past but when I received this ring I was greatly disappointed. I immediately called to express my displeasure and to request a refund for $2167.99

I was given a return authorization number and I returned the ring with a typewritten letter of explanation on Feb. 20, 2009. Since March I have called numerous times, sometimes leaving a voice message, and sometimes I do reach a person. I spoke to a lady named Isis on March 26 and Melinda on June 18. I also called on July 8, July 15 and July 27 but I did not get a name.

AVC enthusiastically advertises ON AIR that any purchase can be sent back for refund within 30 days. What they don't say is when or if, you will ever see your refund. I hope the Ripoff Report can come to my rescue!
