America's Value Channel Two months and waiting for refund !! Lawrenceville Georgia

I ordered from AVC in March of 2009 and followed all the instructions to return the items (which I didn't like) within the time allowed.

I have called a number of times, written a letter requesting my refund. I have been told its in the process, we'll expedite it with the accounting department etc. etc.

My last call was July 2, 2009 and they transferred me to the "supervisor"
who "happened" to be away from her desk!! I was assured they would return my call......still waiting !!

To be sure, I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know that as far as I'm concerned they are crooks.

Also, being in another state, I don't even know what recourse I have to collect my money !! Any suggestions ??
