Amerisave Mortgage Claimed they locked me in a rate, then called and said computer glitch next day (twice) causing me to lose what was a great deal! because the lender fees kept going up alot Atlanta Georgia

Was quoted a rate to refinance and associated lender fees... around $2500 first day.. Next day was called and informed there were computer glitches and the rates never got locked... coincidentally the lender fees now were around $5000...

Aggravated but still thinking it was a good deal I said go ahead and Lock in...Got paperwork to be signed to finalize things and saw lender fees around $9500 on the paperwork????Called and was informed the rate never got locked? Have emails from the Regional Sales Director stating he had locked them both times???
I asked him to pursue it with his boss and was called back stating they were refunding me the $395 they were charging my credit card to do a Home Appraisal! This now forced me to go elsewhere!
