“Answers By – Support”, BEWARE!  BE ADVISED WHAT THEY DID TO US!  DON’T RISK YOUR COMPUTER & FILES to them!  They destroyed our company main computer making it unusable, deleted all our important files, deleted operating system files, and WHATS WORSE – THEY DELETED OUR STANDALONE HARD DRIVE BACKUP FILES TOO!  They assure all is safe and then, during a remote hands session, their incompetent technician deleted all computer files and our backup (standalone) hard drive backup files.  I had to interrupt the remote hands session screaming to STOP! STOP!!!!!  After watching their technician highlight massive files and select delete.  They have literally put us out of business!  Ten years of business records, accounting records, customer records, correspondence files, tax files, virtual operating systems files, all records, files, folders, company documents, AND WHATS WORSE! They deleted our stand alone backup hard drive files too!!!!  Now gone and unrecoverable!  This company should be shut down!  Our company literally can’t conduct business now!  We’re now forced to furiously scramble to get computer restored to Win 7 factory defaults (was Win 10 - GRRR!) and recreate new operating documents and what’s needed to conduct business.  EVERYTHING IMPORTANT WAS DELETED!!!  We don’t know how we’ll be able to recreate the 10 years of records gone now, how to do our taxes without months of trying to recreate.  We’ve lost all previous year’s records!!  BEWARE!  DON’T LET THEM GO NEAR YOUR COMPUTER!
