Moaning and Complaining on this website may make you feel better to have a forum to let out your rage, but it will NOT do anything to make things right, or stop others from being hurt by apex.

The FIRST step that you ALL should take is to contact the Federal Trade Commission and file your report, and ask them to investigate. Their website is WWW.FTC.GOV. RING RING RING Yaaay! You also might want to contact the Florida State Attorney's office.... their website is

Last but not least, you should all figure out a way to band together, contact each other, hire an attorney and file a lawsuit for damages against Stephan personally, as well as Apex. I would use this site, as well as the BBB and Scam.com as a way to find each other....RING RING RING.. Yaaay!

Complaining on this site might make you feel better, but DON'T let them get away what what they've done to you...MAKE IT RIGHT...and keep in mind it is your DUTY to your fellow man... who may be ready to leave his job that supports his family to be raped by apex... end up divorced with hungry kids... to help prevent what happened to YOU to happen to others... shafted workers of apex UNITE!!
