Assurance wireless Sprint Virgin Mobile Made promise they never kept Internet

Back in Nov I signed up for the Assurance phone, because I'm on Gov assistance.  I've been out of work for four months now and needed a phone to help with finding a job. That is what the program is intended for.  Well I sent my application in to Assurance, and was approved for the phone that was suppose to be sent in the first of Dec of 2010.  Well it never came, and I've contacted them several time to report this and ask to check the order. I found it difficult to get to a operator on the phone, and after wasting lots of prepaid cell minutes getting bounced back and forth between there two 1800 numbers I learned how to get a representative. After all that the service rep lied to me and told me she would replace the order.  Well a month rolled around and still no phone, so I called again. by this time I had talked with them a dozen times already.  I got a manager on the phone that told me the order was never replace because they have a month wait time before they can replace the order. So I was lied too.  Well the order was replaced in the shipping department again, so they say. Here it has been five month and no phone.  I've given up on them and feel there is no hope at getting any help form this company.  This company gets paid by the federal Government to provide this service to the public, and leaves me wondering if they have been placing false information to the Government about how many customers they are helping.  Assurance Wireless is another tax sucking rip off that lives way short of its promise, and after this I would never pay for a Virgin Mobile, Sprint, or Assurance phone when I get back on my feet. FYI The three companies are all one just different names.
