every month i get free 250 minutes which are not enough i add money to my account each month last month i called and told her i wanted 1,000 minutes for $20 she took my money and after she took my money she said she could only give e 750 minutes for $20, this month i paid $32.63 for unilimited monthly minutes she took my money and after she took my money then she said she could only give ne 750 minutes for $20 I asked her if she only took $20 from my card and shd said yes,

when I checked my cc account it revealed they indeed took $32.63 now the $10 is gone my cash account balance which means I can't even use the $10 for more minutes, and it's not on my cc either, I called them and they don't seem to care. When l added 750 minutes this month I used not more than 60 ninutes the first day, and an additional 200 minutes were gone which they refused to give me back, they created a ticket and said they did not take any minutes, so i chedcked on line and everything and my records online confirmed what i told them and they refused to give me back my money or my minutes,
