On 12/12/2012 my daughter orderd flowers for my wifes retirement to be delivered on 12/13/2012, by 12/18/2012 and numersous calls my daughter cancelled her order and was told she would not get a refund! My daughter called me(DAD) in tears so I called. After numerous calls and no reason for the order not being deliverd they said they would partial refund $35 of $48 dollars then refused to talk to me anymore and hungup!!!! As of this writing we are not sure if we will recieve the refund!! BOTTOM LINE USE SOMEONE ELSE,DO NOT USE AVAS!!
