Bad Boy Lied and declined about their Warranty London Ontario

We bought our Couch Set a year and a half ago with warranty and since that time we have had nothing but issues with the quality of the set and the company. We had a rip on of the sofa hand rest and they took a long period of time to send their technition. The technition left without fixing the problem claiming that the company cannot fix it and it is not covered. Althought when we bought the set the sales rep assured us that they will replace any damages right away. It was all a lie to just sell their bad quality set. Their customer service is way below avarage - very rude and not professionals.

We are currently looking for someone from Kijiji to fix it for us for $100. They are a bunch of liers and I will never buy anything from this company. I don`t recommend it to anyone. Be careful!
