Bank of America Mortgage LANDSAFE, Bank Of America DBA Landsafe Former Employee tells all..How they will rip off Homebuyers and shortsales Broker Price Opinions Charlotte, North Carolina

I was Fired From BOFA for doing Home Valuations. I was very honest when I wrote what I thought the house would be valued at in this economy. The bank didnt like that. I was doing Broker Price opinions. The short sales that the unforutinuate homeowner try to repurchase their house back at. The bank wants you to write High numbers, so basically the homeowner cant afford to buy their house back. I couldnt do this in good conscience. So after 3 years of doing very hard work for this bank. I went to log into my account 1 day. And the account no longer existed. I contacted the bank and was told I was terminated as a vendor. Now, I am unemployed. I only hope the Homeowners and Brokers who read this and Do Broker Price Opinions are very careful in dealing with Bank of America. They want to pay that Tarp money back very fast so their CEO can get his big bonus and get to ride on the corporate jet he loves so much. So if you are a homeowner, dont allow Bank of America or Landsafe to write your BPO or Apraisel. And if your a Broker beware, you could think life is wonderful until you go to log into cwvaluations site and find your account no longer exists.
