BBB Better business bureau BBB is a crooked business not worth your time complaining to Florida, Internet

I made a complaint after being ripped of by a crooked repair shop, Bayshore Goodyear tire LLC bayshore blvd. Port St Lucie FL 34984. The owner ripped me off and even tried to charge me to replace a part which was in perfect working order. In the complaint to the BBB, I asked for an apology for the way I was mistreated by the owner of the shop and ripped off. The owner responded and attacked me calling me a drug addict because I was wearing sunglasses in South Florida. He even acknowledged
in the BBB complaint that he was going to change the part just in case it ever needed fixing in the future it was easier to get at. Real shady business practices. he also lied and told me I had 2 motor mounts that needed replacing when in fact that was also a complete lie. BBB closed the case and sided with the owner saying he did his best to make it right, when all he did was lie and slandered my name. I was in complete shock when I saw the BBB actually sided with this guy after reading his response, and his acknowledgement of trying to replace a good perfectly working part. I believe this business has paid some fee to the BBB to keep their A rating which is a complete joke. I can provide all of the emails between me and the business owner that were sent through the BBB website, where he calls me names and admits to wrongdoing like it was nothing. What good is the BBB? When a business like this abuses and rips off their customers and they stand by them, telling the world what a great shop it is with their A rating. A disgusting joke of 2 business'.
