Bella Serata I agree with all previous comments. This company is very sneaky in roping in customers and then charging $89.95 for products that do not perform as stated. The 2 original charges on my credit card were from totally different companies: aimees skin cream and rova eye serum. Are these 3 companies owned by the same paren?. Seems very unethical and fishy to me. I have also been unable to find a valid Internet site for Bella Serata and literally none of their correspondence contains an address or phone number. I agree with all previous comments.  This company is very shady and seems to operate just under the radar of fraud.  The 2 charges on my credit card were from aimees skin care and rova eye serum.  Do these 3 companies have the same parent??  Literally none of their correspondence, packing slip and address label contains an official and valid address and phone number.  Just an 800 number to call customer service.  They want to be hard to find from what they know will be their disgruntled customers.  I am very sorry I responded to their ad because I'm out $89.95 and am stuck with a product that does not perform as advertised.  They also have some of the rudest cumstomer service folks I have ever come across.  Plus I even got a Fraud Protection e-mail from my bank with these 2 charges.  Wonder what would have happened if I had responded differently.  Maybe my credit card company has already had previous experience with them.  I wish I could dispute the charges but fear I would lose.  They should be forced out of business.
