I ordered a bender ball on Feb 1st. They charged my credit card twice by mistake. I called and asked for a refund and they charged my card again.

The phone rep i spoke with acknowledged the error but basically told me tough sh.. I have called the company repeatedly and written several letters. They will not respond.

I have paid three times for one crappy ball. This company has terrible customer service and a terrible product.

I doubt you will get your money back. If you listen on their RV advertisement they do advertise up front that it is a bender ball METHOD and so therefore do not be surprised that you will have more charges to come, This company is a RACKET. I truly hope you get your money back!
