Bender Ball One crappy DVD and a cheap ball, both of which have done nothing for my body. Van Nuys California

Bender Ball is a lie.. a severe exaggeration from the truth! The people in the commercials that they show to have been using the bender ball "training" have done far more and different things, if they even use the bender ball at all. Most likely they have been lifting heavy weights and working out with real trainers, not the video and bender ball that you order in the mail. The video was the wimpiest ab, glutes, and thigh work out I have EVER done! It would not be capable of training you for anything! And if you used it hard core every day, you would be lucky to lose maybe a few pounds in 6-8 months. I have tried/ used numerous work out videos to help me get into shape and stay in shape and this one did absolutely nothing for me. As you will notice in the actual video you receive.. The woman who is selling this ball (Leslie), and the apparent "trainer," has terrible looking abs herself! I did the work-out and not only did none of my muscles burn, I saw absolutely NO results after using it for 4 days in a row! I have always been able to achieve results using work out videos if I did them 4 days in a row! If you want a real work out... Try Sxxx Txxx(((REDACTED))) work out videos.. 'Hxxx, Bxxx & Txxxx,' 'Txxx Bxxx Bxxx,' 'Fxxx Axx,' etc. His actually work!

Please Note: This Bender Ball company will also automatically enroll you into some program that will pull money out of your bank account without your permission twice a month, and mail you more crappy products. And they never even tell you they are going to ahead of time. Then when you go to try and cancel your account and get a refund.. they keep pulling money and you have to talk to 4 people and finally the manager before they actually refund your money. I had to wait nearly 3 months to have my money refunded that I did not ever authorize for them to take out of my account to begin with!

Do not waste $20 to get a cheap ball and useless video that will do nothing for you! Because you will end up wasting a lot more money that they pull out of your bank account as well! Commercials are almost always scams, but especially the Bender Ball Commercials!
