Bender Ball a total rip off all the way around Van Nuys California

I ordered the Bender Ball in January, 2008. I received the product and used it, although not faithfully. I showed my daughter and told her she might want to try it.
Then I found some very interesting information on this company on your web site. I thought, "Oh my! I'm glad this didn't happen to me". Well, in Febuary, I received another 2 DVD's from this company that I hadn't ordered. I went to my bank acct online and saw that they had charged my check card. I quickly returned the DVD's without even opening them.

I never heard from the company. I have tried calling the customer service number and nothing.
I was balancing my checkbook this last Friday, and noticed another charge of $19.99 from Bender Ball again this month! Now they are charging my check card and not even shipping the product! I have now had to e-mail my bank to ask what to do. Do I get another check card? I have tried to contact Bender Ball company with no response to anything.

Do not ever order anything from this company as they do not keep their word. I just wonder how many people have had to go through this and what their results were? How can a company keep doing business when all they do is rip off poor unknowing consumers? Isn't this illegal? I am now at a complete loss as what to do. I guess my next step is the BBB. I don't have the money for an attorney, as I live paycheck to paycheck like all other normal people.
