Bender Ball Horrible customer service! No resolution avilable after you buy your kidee ball. Van Nuys California

Big let down when I recieved my ball. Could of bought the same size ball at a toy store. My biggest complaint though, is customer service, it sucks! The majority of times you call you get a robot voice which locks you into these annoying prompts. If you try to reach a real person, then you get to talk to somebody who sound's like they are very far away or perhaps outsourced to another country. My problem was small. I lost the teeny tiny straw you have to blow the ball up with your mouth. (other balls provide a pump) When I called up to order a replacement straw, the customer service person said it was my fault (duh) and I would have to order a WHOLE new ball system to get this 1 penny item, plus they act like they could care less. I got a very rude person. So now I will have to frequent the local coffee shops or bars in search of a straw to blow this dumb ball up to my desired inflation. By the way, you have to order a whole new system to replace your peg too. Never had this problem with my Gxxx Rxxxx Cxxx(((REDACTED))) exercise ball. They sent me what I needed for free. Keep away from Bender Ball! Bender Ball is really a ripoff!
