Bender Ball We should file a lawsuit for Bender Ball! Van Nuys California

As I was sitting on my couch one night, Im seeing this add on the TV about a program to get my abdominals in shape with exercise video program and a little plastic ball. Went to the internet and saw everything and bought it for a small price on my debit card. During the process you are offerred a lot of side promotions, like an additional program for buns and thighs for an additional price or just the continuance of products to get the whole Bender products. Even though I said NO, in the next 30 days I was automatically deducted another payment, mailed another program without me even knowing what's wrong.

I spent the next two (2) weeks, calling my bank and Bender's Customer Service Dpt. for nothing. All I ever got was that in their systems I had placed the order and put that I wanted additional programs....which I didn't.

In all, I had to cancel all my bank accounts. And u know what?! Two (2) weeks after I had cancelled them, I got notification that I was to be sent another program and they could only get a fraction of the payment deducted, NOW I have credit specialists behind my butt trying to get what they couldn't get outta my card!!!

You tell me if its a scam or not!!!
