I purchased a Bender Ball for $9.99, and was instead charged $30.86 on my credit card. I informed them of the problem and demanded a refund to my credit card, which was never done. The following month, they stole another $19.99 from my credit card without authorization, for nothing purchased, and without ever having refunded the overcharge of more than $20 the first time. I have e-mailed them again and am waiting for a response.
