Brake Team Gross overcharge & lied Vancouver, Washington

On July 9 my husband took our 2004 Kia Sedona to the Brake Team at 705 SE Park Crest Ave, Vancouver, WA  98684.  Our check engine light was on and when the mechanics at the bus company my husband works for put it on their analyzer it told them the Cam Shaft Position Sensor was going out.  I have done a lot of car repair myself and I knew that was a simple thing to change.  Literally, 5 minutes.  

My husband took it to the break team 2 blocks from our house.  When he drove into the lot the sensor went out completely and it wouldn't start again so I guess  Josh the mechanic thought they had him.  So they soaked him.   They told him it was a specialty part, very expensive.  They charged him $ 427.00.  I priced the part myself and I could get it for $ 89. When I called later to complain about the outrageous charge Josh referred me to his manager Jake.  So I called Jake and he said he would talk to Josh and they would call me.  When Josh called me back he claimed that it was a computer error and he would credit me back $100.  I listened quietly, knowing he was lying, thanked him, and hung up.  I waited for my next credit card bill, and surprise, no credit.  So I called him.  He lied again, and said that it takes a while for the "corporate office" to process credits.  So I waited for my next credit card bill, and surprise, no credit.  I tried to contact the corporate office but they would not respond.
