Went to Brake Team for a simple job and waited for the call. It came. $400.00 plus parts. Wheel bearing problem?? Not til they "fixed it". Tried to charge me $250.00 for a bogus core charge. Showed me two different colored parts off the same wheel at different times. The district manager covered for the store manager and talk the gift of gab. Left me holding a phony bill and offered me free oil changes for life. I wrote to the local TV channel that carries their ad and asked why they would push this company on the unsuspecting public. Shame on you Channel 12.

I paid the bill but have talked many out of using Brake Team. I won't even use the free oil changes. Can't trust them to remove a plug and get it back in the same location. My trustworthy mechanic at Orchards Automotive put my car back in good repair at half the cost. Brake Team needs a lesson in ethics.
