BRe-Properties Unethical, Lazy, Cheap, Do not care about any of the tenants. AQUA Apartments Internet, California

1.) Very low security so there is a hike in car and bike thefts.

2.) Health Dept cited them due to excessive filth and we pay between 2-3K a month to live here.

3.) High marijuana usage and drug deals - and management is doing nothing.

4.) Tenants having families living in unit NOT on lease that are harassing other units.

5.) I got a 3 day notice to quit over something I'm not doing because I have been complaining about a tenant underneath me and his family (not on lease) doing laundry at 3:00am EVERY morning.

6.) Mail boxes are broken for weeks and tenants are being told to pick their mail up at their local post office.

7.) Dangerous dogs like German Shepherds not even allowed in the building are scaring the tenants.

8.) They are not keeping the front doors locked so transients are coming in to the building.

9.) Stairs that wreak of pet urine.

10.)  Gym Equipment broken for months and they do nothing.  Elevators down for weeks and they do nothing.

Yes, you read correctly.  I have been harassed by a guy named Gilbert for over a year and more recently he and his family (off lease) are running laundry and bath at 3:00am --I developed Insomnia and am now on meds to sleep and they sent ME a 3 day notice to quit???  No worries. I have all the evidence in the world and they will never get rid of me. It's kind of funny because they dont know who they are dealing with but they will find out. My neighbors saw the the legal letter they sent and said "They are spending money on this and they cant even mop the lobby floor?"
