Jennifer Chun is awful to deal with, she has no idea what she's doing. Instead of correcting her mistakes and making her a better employee, Desiree pacifies her mistakes. NEVER have a conversation with Jennifer outside of email or anything in writing, she will lie and say she didn't tell you one thing or another and getting accurate information from her is like pulling teeth and is almost impossible.

All of the women in the office have a serious high school demeanor about them and will put their noses up at you as soon as you walk into the office. Most unprofessional setting I have seen in any apartment management team. Makes me wonder if the head of the Bre apartment company knows what type of people they have really hired???

There's always some sort of pee or dog throw up in the elevators or in the guest parking garage. It has taken them months to clean up a spot in the garage that was truly vile to have to walk past everyday, even when I told them about it twice. The alarms go off almost every week or weekend in the middle of the night, sometimes at 5am!

The grass and sidewalk on the side of the building (on ridgely) are both truly vile and disgusting. You would think they would rinse it down every week. pee everywhere on the walk ways up to the building and the fake grass on the side of the building smells like pee and poop. If i had done better research, I would have never lived there.
