Buy.com ripoff, didn't honor ads for free shipping and percentage discount Internet

I followed an ad for 10% discount for first time buyers and also an ad for free shipping for items under 20 lbs. The item I purchased (satellite radio)was cheaper elsewhere as I compared prices extensively but with the discounts offered buy.com came out ahead so I was suckered into it. Additionally there was a buy one/get one free offered.

I filled out the order several times and saw no discounts reflected in the shopping cart as I was told there would be but I figured maybe it comes out after I submit the order so I did and it never came out. I contacted buy.com literally dozens of times by email as they don't show a phone number anywhere. Sometimes I got an automated response saying I would get contacted within a few days but oftentimes I got no response.

Even when I got the automated responses, follow-up contact rarely came. Even when the real contact did come they didn't resolve anything, claiming no responsibility saying it was the blame of the site I followed the link to their site from! Even though the ads were discovered on their own site!

It has been nearly a year now and I have begged for help from Buy.com over and over, simply asking for the shipping and 10% discount and threatened to report them and but they won't budge. I have even been willing to accept a store credit for those amounts but they will not even offer that much! After all of this, I never even recieved the second free item either!
