Cal Pacific Products Very Rude, Harrasment ripoff Chatsworth, California

I purchased some saw blades in 1998 and they were of poor quality. I get this company calling every month or so trying to sell me the same product and when I tell them that it was junk they start to harass me and are very rude!! I will hang up and then they will call back several times. They even went as far as calling my home phone and my cell phone. The salesman all have the same pitch when they call and when you don't respond the get very rude and start harrassing you.

All of this has been going on since 1998! I would not buy and would advise others not to talk to these people. I think they also go by Universal Products.
