Car Max Car Max sold me a SUV that the Milage was rolled back .... Car Fax reports mean nothing they knew it and still sold it to me and now i'm stuck with it Car Max is a Rip Off Internet

I purchase a SUV from Car Max in Columbia SC that the Milage was rolled back to sell it I called and they admit the Car Fax report shows a roll back on the milage and now i am stuck with a SUV that i bought for $20.000.00 to find out after i tryed to trade it in that the car was worth half of that because the Car Fax report shows a milage roll back I have gave them a week to fix my problem to find out that they have no policy in place for this kind of problem . They are a True Blue rip off and do not buy your next car from car max or you might be like me out $10.000.00
Car Max customer relations just made laugh when they could not give me a straight and honest answer on what is the next step. Still waiting and still no answer what a great company to buy your next car

Before suing them for fraud, it would be wise to investigate. In order for such a claim to have even a remote chance of sticking, the OP would have to document proof that this particular company rolled back the odometer, or had documented knowledge that the odo had been rolled back. This isn't as easy as showing up with a Carfax. You have to prove that they had knowledge of that particular Carfax report before they sold you the car.

Did you indeed, there is NO means of NOT returning the Odometer.
You need to sue them for FRAUD.(The mileage was turned back)
