I ordered a part, and about 15 minutes later, I realized it was the wrong sub model. I immediately called to cancel my order. They said they couldn't cancel it as the warehouse had already marked it as sent. In 15 minutes? Then they said to wait until I received it to call for a return. Now they are charging me shipping (both ways) and a restocking charge. I will NEVER use this "company" again.
They are cheats!
Here is the email I got from them:
We received your cancellation request. However, at the time of your request, it was too late for us to cancel your order. Because we process our orders electronically, the window to cancel an order is very small. All orders are sent to our warehouses expeditiously so they can be shipped as soon as possible. When we contacted the warehouse to cancel your order, our warehouse personnel did everything possible to locate your package to prevent it from being shipped. Unfortunately, it had already left the warehouse and is on its way to you.
Please contact us once you receive your order if you still wish to have it returned. We strongly advise you NOT to refuse the package as this will cause delays in processing your refund. Please call our Returns Department at 1-800-913-5994.
Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

En el mes de abril compré los frenos para mi auto , al recibir las piezas , no eran los necesarios ya que eran diferente a los que tenía .la primera vez que llamé me hizo saber un representante de este negocio , que podía devolverlos sin pagar por el envío y que podía comprar otro .
he llamado en cuatro ocasiones y nada ,me cobran más de 30.00 por regresar los frenos que para nada me sirven , he reclamado a este negocio y es una burla a mi persona , su respuesta es lo siento , más lo siento yo que poseo un auto del 2002 , recién operado en casa , sin trabajo y siendo chantajeado por negocios irresponsables ,
aclaro - cuando hice la compra me notificó la página de estos que la pieza era la idónea para mi auto ,esperé largo tiempo para que me notificarán como podía regresar esta pieza , pagué por la segunda pieza y hoy tengo que perder mi dinero y quedarme con dos discos de frenos en mi casa que para nada sirve , me siento impotente , mal , chantajeado por este indolente e irresponsable negocio .
nota : en una de las cuatros llamadas que hice ,me tuvieron en línea por más de 30 minutos esperando por un representante hispano , no hablo inglés , el dólar de los hispano tiene el mismo valor que el américano

In April I bought the brakes to my car to get the parts were not necess(((phone number redacted)))ary because they were different than I had. The first time I called I was informed a representative of this business, you could return them without paying for shipping and could buy another .
I called four times and nothing , I charge more than 30.00 to return the brakes to no avail me , I have claimed this business and makes a mockery of me, the answer is sorry, more sorry I that I have a car 2002, recently operated at home , no job and being blackmailed by irresponsible business
clarify - when I made the purchase I notified the page such that the piece was ideal for my car, waited a long time to notify me as I could return this piece , I paid for the second part and now I have to lose my money and stay with two disks brake in my house for anything, I feel helpless , evil, blackmailed by this lazy and irresponsible business.
note : one of the four calls I made , I had online for over 30 minutes waiting for a Hispanic representative , do not speak English , the Spanish dollar has the same value as the américano
