Central Payment Central Rip Off, indeed! San Rafael, CA , California

I never had a contract with this company to begin with. It was month to month service, that I never even used due to equipment problem. All of this was at the begging of this year, 2011. So I send them a written notice telling them since there is no contract, and since I never used or using, their service, they need to stop taking money out of my account, but they continue! I send them the same letter certified mail, again, for the second time, but they continue to take money out of my account! I went to my bank along with their agent who sign me up, to stop central con arts, and my bank stopped the draft for some time. But Central thieves, continue to this morning 12/2/2011 to steal money form my account! Back in March, 2011 when I threaten to report them to FCC and BBB, they begged me not to do so, and promised to stop stealing money out of my account, and I stopped taking any action against them, based on this promise, that they never kept! I will follow up with my emails, and letters i send them here, and this is only the begging of along drawn fight. So get ready Central rip off.
