     The problem with these mortgage services Is they are the same criminals who drove the housing market into nationwide kaos in the first place! The second and maybe third place,          
 
  The new scam involves the cloning and fabrication of title deeds. Imagine the $ received from the 900 Billion dollar blank check, Congress approved to assist in the real estate salvage initiative.. That, Homeowners were suppose to benefit from. I have compiled documents since the 2007 servicing of my Mother's Reverse Mortgage. What I discovered is almost Super villainesk in magnitude.                   
 
   The original Fha approved loan amount for 375,000 was taken by the Reverse Mortgage loan servicing company Liberty mortgage..The sum advanced on her behalf in total was only 129,000 They acquired the deed, Generated docs and borrowed against its value. They then sell the fabricated deed to Debt collection agencies using the duplicate Title to refi new loans, All rubber stamped from the feds bail out disbursement. 
 
      The new bank assumes the original and cloned property title[s], Appraises it's value, To then Embezzle more funds. They repeat this process like a game of hot potato, Carefully leaving it in the back drawer of some Bankrupted Loan servicing company. And until the original deed of (Real Property) can be discharged..hint (Involves the removing of pesky seniors), The element of risk of being caught remains.       
 
  To the wise, If your on a Reverse Mortgage at present, Expect a marketable rise in your property charges and fees. Keep complete well organized records of anything relevant to your property.
