Champion Mortgage Champion Mortgage Reverse Mortgage Department will not return calls regarding what I need to finish sending items for aninsurance check they are holding on to. Dallas Texas

Champion Mortgage is refusing to return the check my insurance company provided to us to replace our workshop that was destroyed by fire from lightning.  We already purchased a new building but the are not sending any money for the purchase or will be contact us with any questions we submit about this.  My husband is a disbled Marine veteran who has used the workshop for therapy for his ptsd.  They keep asking us for paperwork but never call us to  let us know what is exactly needed.  We have sent them paperwork and forms we filled out since July 16, 2021.  It is now October 23, 2021 and we still have not received a dime from them.  They are holding our check from Nationwide Insurance for $33,000 and we are unable to obtain anything from them.  Before the check was sent to champion we spoke with the loss department and were told not a problem since you have already purchased a shell of a building you will receive the check for purchase and to  fininish the inside.  I am so disgusted with this company and my husband'ss ptsd is suffering because of this.  We are on a limnited income and need some help in getting our money.  Can anyone help us with this.
