Champion Mortgage BULLIES, LIARS, THIEVES Nebraska

I have a reverse Mortgage that was originally starter with MetLife and then I received a letter telling me that Champion Mortgage had the account. Several weeks ago a storm ripped through my area causing wind and hail damage to my roof so I called my insurance company. I now find out that Champion Mortgage intends to take the funds from the insurance company and dispurse as they see fit. They also intend to have someone supervise and inspect all work being done but the kicker is they can take my home if they don't like something or they can take other steps to get what ever restitution they desire. When I signed the papers with Metropolitan I was guaranteed my home was safe and I never had to worry about being thrown out. I am now finding out that is not the case. I can't get anything but hateful people on the phone at Champion and my home is going to a HUD home. I don't know whether to just walk away from this huge house, leaving it as it is or fight. I have an attorney friend that may help but I don't know if I have the energy. The house is almost 4000 sq ft under heat and air and was buitl before there were building codes so I am overwhelmed. Moving back to Ireland sounds like my only saving grace and the only way Champion can't cut my throat.
