Champion Mortgage Failure to pay on reverse mortgage. Dallas Texas

I had a reverse mortgage with Wells Fargo since 2005. Always received payment on the first of every month. Mortgage was sold in September 2017, to Champion Mortgage.

Since then it's been one thing after another to receive payment. They tell you the terms have changed, send you documents to sign. Send them late past the return date. Make you request a line of credit draw. Tell you it's fixed. Next month same story, different person on the line, more hoops to jump through.

Have received NO payment for January, now they're saying no payment in February either. Had my attorney call, they're giving him the same run around. At my wits end! Documents from Wells Fargo said the terms wouldn't change when it was sold. We are being lied to everyday.
