Champion Mortgage Deceptive Practices, No Clear Direction, Foreclosure Seattle Washington

Prior to my mother passing I called Champion to ask what I could do to keep her home & pay the debt.  I was told to send a Letter of Intent, A copy of the Will & Death Certificate-I did so, when I called to ask if they received it, now I'm told they can't speak to me. This company says they have no interest in the estate but they do nothing to help you through the process. Since Nov. 27th 2013 this companies representatives have mislead, misrepresented, basically lied to me they have been less than helpful. 

I sent by fax every document they had ever asked for, gone thru probate, sent my letter of intent, death certifiacte, copy of will, financial statement all of it.  What they waited for was probate to be finished and my name on the deed. They immediately filed foreclosure once my name was on the deed.

So here I am with the financing to Champion, just paid for homeowners insurance today & set the date to close on the house. Now the payoff amount has changed due to Forecloser & I may not be able to close on the house.
