Checkout51.com or Checkout 51 is a friends and family operation in Canada with harsh feelings towards U.S. citizens, ZERO business education or experience, and ZERO customer service skills. They think they are above and beyond the law in that they can get away with stealing consumer's rebates because they are out of the country. Theft is wrong in any form and a crime.
Manufacturers sign up with these rebate apps to promote brand loyalty and customer happiness. They do not want the apps claiming consumer rebates for themselves. With little business experience and zero education, a customer they feel is "rude" gets a rude awakening when Checkout51 steals their money!!
If you are a victim, a class action suit is coming. Stay tuned. Additionally, contact the manufacturers. They WANT to hear from you. E-mail them and post on their Facebook page. (Checkout51 and most importntly the brands they do business with.)
We can stop rebate app bad behavior if everyone unites and SPEAKS OUT.
They are NOT ALLOWED TO DO THIS!!

First off, they have no "system". They crowdsource their receipts and they are all done by hand. I know, because I was an employee as well. I complained on two employees and they closed my account. End of discussion. They are rude, dishonest, and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre along with the Manufacturers will bring this company to justice. This is not the song they were singing in their e-mails, which I have plenty of.
Don't knock a consumer because they have been taught to stand up for themselves. You messed with the wrong person, period. I complained on two employees and you came up with a bogus reason to cancel my account.
THE TRUTH WILL PREVAIL!!
