This company will do any and everything to deny your viable claim. I have read so many complaints on all the internet websites regarding this company as=nd they are all the same. Choice Home Warranty WILL NOT PAY despite accepting your money when you purchase their contract.

Check with your home state's REAL ESTATE COMMISSION. Choice Home Warranty IS NOT licensed to sell in Texas but they are selling warranties in Texas. I have such a warranty and it turns out, it is not even valid!!! File a complaint with your state ATTORNEY GENERAL and the NJ ATTORNEY General, who has a current OPEN active case against Choice Home Warranty.

File a claim with the BBB and write your state senators and representatives and let them know how Choice Home Warranty has taken advantage of YOU!
