We had them out 4 times... In no case would they cover the actual repair. In 2 of the cases, their reply was that the item wasn't covered (after sending someone out for that same item and collecting their $75 fee).

Additionally, they outright told me they didn't think the thing had failed in the timeframe indicated... Which I had an inspection report to prove it had...

Also, upon cancelling, they charged over $200 (vs the one month "used")....

Lastly, 2 of their vendors told me they will never pay, and to cancel if I could... Very concerning that companies they are hiring to do the work have had this happen enough times they know they will not pay....

ps - I've had other home warranties that were great....Â
