Complaint Review: Choice Home Warranty - Edison NJ
Right to the chase. Refegirator claim was made on Sept 30. Choice Home Warrnaty assigned a ROOFING company to repair. Diagnosed as a defroster issue. It has been a month and there have been three scheduled appointments and three no shows. No call or text, nothing. We queried, got one response once that said, "I'm busy."
Many calls to Choice Warranty, every time was told a supervisor would return call. Nuthin...
Today, when I called, I was informed that is has been reassigned to Sears, surprise a real appliance repair service, not a roofer. They will come out in ten more days to diagnose the problem and then order parts and then come back to fix...another MONTH.
I asked for a new referigiator and was told that since it hasn't been diagnosed, a SECOND time, that wasn't a choice. I have been living out of a cooler now for a month and have another month to go. CHoice Warranty just sucks!
