Choice Home Warranty, Terrible Company- Do NOT Use! Pensacola, Florida

First off they have a massive shortage of technicians and the ones they do have are terrible. It took 3 visits to replace a ceiling fan and they wired it wrong almost causing a fire. They have exceptions for everything and never really cover the cost of repairs so just a waist of money! They say they have 24/7 customers service but don’t- sure you can go online and file a claim 24/7 but don’t try calling as they will tell you to call back during normal working hours. When you do get someone half the time you can not understand them and most of the time they have no idea what they are talking about.This was the last straw in many things they did wrong- but the latest was them denying an electrical claim based on saying that it was incorrectly wired by the power company 20 years ago. I completely regret using Choice Home Warranty!
