Yes We had an Ice maker go out in our Fridge and Choice home warranty was unable to get it fixed. After 6 months I had to replace the Fridge and they would'nt cover it or give me a refund of My preimums this company is a ripoff at its finest. They had the balls to tell me after the 6 months the non Authorized services were not covered after I had begged them to get this matter resolved.
