City Furniture All pieces of purchase not available but did not know til it was too late Naples Florida

I spent 2500.00 on a new sectional, mattresses and bed frame. Delivt driver called to give ETA. He said that they did not have bed rails. I went back to the store and talked to the salesman. He "made a call" and said that the delivery truck had not even been loaded yet so how did the driver know that they didn't have bed rails? The salesman said that if they arrived without the rails that I could come back to the store and pick some up. Driver called 1/2 hour before they were to arrive and again stated "no bed rails".

Their ETA would put them at my house just as the store is closing (how convenient). I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager since my salesman was gone for the day and I told him that my bed was already taken apart and gone. He said that there were no bed rails in the store that I could have and nothing that he could do. He said when they come in, someone would come back and assemble the bed but he didn't know how long it would take. I told him that I wanted to speak with someone from customer service.

In the mean time, the manager called me back to say that the bed was discontinued and I should tell the driver to not offload the bed since I cannot ever get rails. He said I can come back in the store tomorrow and pick another bed. I will be going back into the store tomorrow to get my money back but I WILL NOT be purchasing another bed or anything else from City Furnitrue tomorrow or ever. Shouldn't the salesman have known that the bed was discontinued and that all of the pieces were not available? The delivery men were just here and they were very accommodating and apologetic for the inconvenience.
